Contracts Specialist

General Responsibilities include:
  • Drive tendering processes and establish new contracts that meet business needs
  • Provide active contract management for existing contracts
  • Provide positive procurement leadership and guidance to clients
  • Provide client businesses with procurement expertise
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement processes and procedures
Required expertise:
  • Preferably BSc degree or Master degree
  • 3-5 years experience within a commercial or contracting environment
  • Commercial mindset and skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical tools, concepts and methods
  • Effective communicator- good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

Project Engineer/ Service Engineer

On behalf of our customer in the oil & gas industry we are looking for experienced project engineers/service engineers to contribute to their team of highly motivated top professionals, as the company has ambitions to become an international market leader within its core markets. 

Responsibilities
Project responsibilty for deployment og software and RFID products, onshore and offshore. 
Installation of software solutions, onsite commissioning and training of operational personel. 
Supervision of minor electronic and mechanical installations. 
Onsite and remote customer service and support. 
Contribute in software and hardware product review through customer feedback acquisition.

Relevant Qualifications:
Higher technical degree from university or similar, preferably within IT or Cybernectics.
Strong interest in technology.
International experience as well as experience from the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of Windows OS, network, database and WEB configuration. 
Experience with mobile solutions and wireless technology (WiFi, GPRS, RFID).
Capable of working independently with customers and instruct operational personnel through training courses.
Experience from database and software programming also relevant.

Local Fleet Manager SE

Key responsibilities and tasks:
Haulier relations
  • Daily contact with suppliers
    • Implementation of outcome for European Tender
    • Daily maintenance of outcome of European Tender
  • Frequent meetings/visits to the hauliers and drivers to follow up on daily operations
  • Drivers meetings
  • Shift arrangement and follow up
Customer relations
  • Daily contact with stakeholders within BU Sweden
  • Strong proactive focus to secure customer satisfaction, (RSO and B2B).
Cost
  • Cost follow up unit cost
  • KPI monitoring and follow up
Development
  • Initiate operational improvements within distribution.
  • Secure implementation of initiatives
  • Join in as resource on various development and change projects within Distribution
HSE
  • Pro active actions (Drivers meetings)
  • Follow up corrective actions (Synergies)
  • Reactive actions (Accident follow up)
  • Participation in HSE inspections
  • Follow up all traffic accidents etc.
  • Ensure compliancy to local transportation legislation
  • Ensure compliancy to SFR governing documents for transportation
Bridge activities across local BU (Statoil Sweden & Jet Sweden) and Distribution EUR. Support and implement both local and European initiatives within distribution.
Critical experience: (Includes work experiences such as industry, functional, technical or other related experiences.)
  • University degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration and, or relevant logistics experience
  • Management experience within logistics, primarily distribution
  • Project experience both theoretical and practical
  • Strong business understanding coupled with economical and some technical  knowledge
